A Surgeon Who Leads With Heart – About Dr. Lett

Dr. Dwayne Lett, The Lett Center, Adjunct Medical Esthetics Professor at TSBDr. Lett isn’t just a highly trained plastic surgeon—he’s the kind of doctor who makes you feel seen. Double board-certified and deeply experienced, he brings precision and empathy to every procedure. Whether he’s restoring confidence after breast cancer or helping patients feel more like themselves again, his approach is all about dignity, wellness, and care that lasts well beyond the operating room.

When he’s not in surgery, Dr. Lett is spending time with his wife (also a surgeon!) and daughter in Lebanon, Tennessee, or getting outdoors—he’s big on hiking, skiing, and living the kind of active, balanced life he encourages his patients to pursue.
