Wanderlust Salon and Spa is a hair salon and day spa with a hippiechic vibe and style located in Sevierville, TN. We only use the best products available and are exclusively Kevin Murphy and Aveda.

We are looking to have a successful stylist (cutter and colorist) to join our outstanding team. We are looking for a career minded individual who loves our industry and working with clients. We are accepting applications for a stylist with 1 year of salon experience and we will be conducting interviews daily and expect this position to be filled quickly.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Provide the latest cutting, coloring, and styling seervices to our amazing clientele.
* You will need to be a team player with an upbeat and positive attitude.
* You must understand the importance of recommending retail (and services) to clients, and therefore recommend retail (and services).
* You must understand the importance of great customer service.
* You must also have a passion for learning, because we view training as part of your job.
* You will also be required to attend paid in-salon and out-of-salon training. (Even training at trade shows in Florida and Vegas)

We provide advaned education honing your coloring, highlighting, and foiling techniques in our mentoring program. New hair stylist will train with Jessi in foundational color, cutting and styling and will be constantly mentored in business skills throughout their career.

We are looking for someone who is 100% dedicated to providing our clients with the best salon experience.

We offer competetive hourly wages. Our full time employees enjoy paid vacations (After 1 year of work), paid trainings, and employee discounts.

We are open Tuesday-Saturday and you must be able to work any of these days. This is a full time position only. Hourly pay between 10-15 depending on experience.
