Briar Rose Spa in Sevierville is a welcoming, client focused spa that is seeking a talented, reliable part-time Licensed Esthetician (with lash extension experience) to join our team. Position Overview

• Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours with required weekend availability (we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays). Hours will increase as clientele grows.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + commission on all services performed and retail product sales.
• Location: Briar Rose Spa is located at 1016 Dolly Parton Pkwy, Suite 3 , Sevierville TN 37862.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of premium beauty services, including:
  • Classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions using LED technology (training in LED system will be provided)
  • Lash lifts and tints
  • Brow Laminations and brow tinting
  • Body Waxing
  • Spray Tans
  • Facials and Back Treatments
• Provide personalized consultations, recommend services and products, and educate clients on aftercare to ensure long lasting results and satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in compliance with Tennessee state regulations.
• Build strong client relationships through superb customer service and a positive professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Active and current Tennessee Esthetician license (Aesthetician license) – required for all services including lash extensions (as permitted under TN regulations for licensed estheticians).
• Proven experience in lash extensions, lash lift and tint, brow lamination and tinting, body waxing, spray tans, facials, and back treatments.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to demonstrate and expand your skills (we support ongoing growth and training).
• Strong team player with excellent work ethic and a positive attitude.
• SUPERB customer service skills – warm, attentive, and focused on creating memorable experiences.
• High level of emotional intelligence is mandatory – ability to read clients, provide empathetic care, interact with comradery with colleagues, and handle diverse personalities with grace.
• Must be able to, and may be asked to pass a background check and drug screening (including no use of any drugs, CBD, Delta -8, or alcohol abuse – we maintain a clean, professional, and drug free environment).
