TSB students enjoyed a full day of education from the Belleza Team.

• Fundamentals of up-styling hair design – texture, harmony, focal point, repetition, balance, and rhythm
• Face shapes – oval, heart, round, square, oblong, and diamond
• Crimping – Regina crimped a mannequin and created an updo with volume
• Thermal set – Nicole styled a mannequin into an updo and sewed it with a needle and thread instead of using bobby pins and hair pins
• Finger waves – Micheal showed students how to use wire from a coat hanger to set a finger wave pattern
• Students had the opportunity to create their own updos under the supervision of the Belleza team. Winners were chosen in the categories of classic, modern, and avant-garde
