What you’ll learn-
This course introduces and discusses topics including but not limited to:
-Dermaplaning & Chemical peels*
-Laser physics, safety and Laser Application*
-Charting, Documentation and HIPAA guidelines
-Nano-Needling
-Industry laws and regulations and scope of practice
-Contraindications to advanced treatments and treatment protocols
-Theory on Neurotoxins, Facial Fillers and Microneedling
*Participants will be expected to both perform and receive a dermaplane and chemical peel unless medically contraindicated*
*Participants will receive laser hair reduction on their axilla (underarms) as part of the course*

Ashleigh Wise is the Director of Esthetics and Paramedical Education at Tennessee School of Beauty. A licensed esthetician for 10 years and a licensed esthetics instructor for 6, she brings a decade of hands-on experience, advanced technique, and industry insight into the classroom. Her career has been dedicated to both clients and students, and she is passionate about shaping confident, skilled, and professional future estheticians. With extensive experience in treatment rooms, education, and mentorship, Ashleigh leads with high standards, integrity, and a genuine love for the industry.

Do I need to bring my own model?
Models will be needed for a day during the 2nd week of the PME course, as participants will be required to perform a dermaplane and chemical peel on a model. Models can be provided at request with advanced notice if needed.
